This is a bottom rung of the hotels. Fairly clean but falling apart. The owners like most other hotels now are owned by the same family and passed to the next of kin. They usually just run them into the ground. The pool hasn't been opened in years and the grouchy manager said it was closed for the season. Don't you just love someone looking at you and telling a bald faced lie.
Was a very nice place to stay. Mosquitoes were terrible though but hey it was the first day of summer. They had a sign lol at the front desk showing the mosquitoes as the Arkansas bird. The were very professional and attentive to my needs. Room was cool was set to 72 when I walked in. What I call a quick breakfast was good. They had the norm of what you would expect.
Quick and easy to get a room. Breakfast was nice as well. It was my third time staying there on my way to and from Tx and NC. I'll be back.
I woke up with bed bug bites on my legs! at first I thought they were mosquito bites... but they didnt itch at all. just had ugly marks looking like bruises.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. The front desk clerk, Monty, was very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly stay here again.
